These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all reservations, purchases, and services provided by Morocco Tours and Transfers (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) to any client (“you” or “the Customer”).

By booking a service with us—whether online, by email, by phone, or through one of our representatives—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

We provide high-quality transport and tourism services across Morocco, including:

  • Private and shared airport transfers.
  • Intercity and long-distance transfers.
  • Tailor-made tours and excursions.
  • Multi-day desert trips and city circuits.
  • Corporate and VIP transport services.
  • Custom travel itinerary planning.

All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability.


3. Booking and Confirmation Process

3.1 Reservation Submission

Clients may book through our official website, email, phone, or authorized partners.
All relevant details (pickup date, time, location, destination, number of passengers, luggage, etc.) must be provided at the time of booking.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed once payment has been received and a written confirmation (email or message) is sent by Morocco Tours and Transfers.
We reserve the right to decline a booking if the service requested is unavailable.

3.3 Deposits and Prepayments

Some services may require full or partial prepayment to secure your booking.
No reservation is guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.


4. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices depend on factors such as destination, number of passengers, and type of vehicle selected.
  • Prices may vary without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings remain unaffected.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following channels:

  • CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire) — the official Moroccan online payment gateway, ensuring secure transactions using bank cards issued in Morocco and internationally.
  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
  • Bank transfer (upon request).
  • Cash payment directly to the driver (only if agreed upon in advance).

All online payments made through CMI are encrypted, secure, and authenticated in compliance with Moroccan banking standards.

4.2 Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is validated by CMI, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your booking details.
If your payment fails or is declined, your reservation will not be processed.


5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 48 hours before the service: 100% refund.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before the service: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

Refunds for payments made through CMI will be processed using the same payment method and may take 7 to 10 business days depending on the banking institution.

If your flight or train is delayed, please inform us promptly so we can adjust your pickup time whenever possible.


6. Amendments to Bookings

Requests to modify a booking (date, time, pickup point, destination, or passenger details) must be sent at least 24 hours before the service.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
If changes cannot be accommodated, the original booking will remain valid or may be canceled according to our policy above.


7. Client Responsibilities

By confirming a booking, you agree to:

  • Be present at the designated pickup location at the confirmed time.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Ensure that your luggage complies with the vehicle’s capacity.
  • Treat the driver and vehicle with respect.
  • Abstain from consuming alcohol or illegal substances inside the vehicle.
  • Notify us in advance of any special requirements (child seats, wheelchair access, etc.).

You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment due to negligence or misconduct.


8. Responsibilities of Morocco Tours and Transfers

We are committed to:

  • Providing safe, insured, and well-maintained vehicles.
  • Employing professional, licensed, and courteous drivers.
  • Offering reliable and punctual services.
  • Communicating any potential changes or delays as soon as possible.

However, we are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by external factors such as traffic, road closures, strikes, weather conditions, or other force majeure events (see Section 11).


9. Insurance and Liability

All vehicles used by Morocco Tours and Transfers are fully insured under Moroccan law, covering both drivers and passengers.
Our insurance does not cover personal belongings or luggage loss. Clients are encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, or lost property.

The company shall not be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of income, missed flights, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.


10. Luggage and Personal Effects

Each client is entitled to a reasonable amount of luggage (one suitcase and one small hand bag).
Oversized luggage or special equipment must be declared at booking.
We decline responsibility for any forgotten, lost, or damaged items left in the vehicle.


11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform their obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, political unrest, acts of terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, epidemics, or severe weather conditions.

In such cases, we reserve the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the service without liability. Clients will be informed promptly, and refunds or rescheduling options will be discussed.


12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We strive to ensure that every client enjoys a smooth and satisfying experience.
If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please send your complaint in writing to:

We will respond as soon as possible with a proposed solution.
If no amicable resolution is reached, disputes will be governed by Moroccan law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.


13. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal information solely for the purpose of managing your booking and improving our services.
All payment data is processed securely through CMI, and we do not store any credit card details on our servers.

Your information will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law or necessary for fulfilling your service (e.g., hotels, guides, or subcontractors).

14. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, photos, videos, graphics, and logos — is the exclusive property of Morocco Tours and Transfers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
It is strictly forbidden to copy, modify, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written authorization.


15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to Moroccan law.
Any dispute arising in relation to these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.


16. Final Provisions

By confirming your reservation and completing your payment (via CMI or other approved method), you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

Morocco Tours and Transfers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The version in effect on the date of booking will apply to the service.
